Please read these terms of service and booking guidelines before scheduling a service call with our dispatcher.
All service estimates generated via our online calculator represent baseline figures based on standard equipment and standard cabling lengths. Our dispatch office confirms operational slots and confirms final costs before our technicians are dispatched. Any custom variations required on-site will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer before work commences.
We guarantee same-day technical dispatch across Gauteng for bookings confirmed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Sunday). Bookings confirmed after 12:00 PM will be prioritized for same-day delivery or scheduled for the following morning, depending on technician availability. Emergency calls may draw standard call-out fees.
We stand behind the quality of our installations. All our workmanship, signal alignments, bracket assemblies, and cable routing connections are backed by a 6-month warranty. The warranty covers physical failures arising directly from installation workmanship. It does not cover hardware damage caused by lightning, power surge grid voltage events, user physical tampering, or third-party interventions.
Upon completion of the service call and sign-off, payment is due immediately. We accept payments via Instant EFT, major debit/credit cards via portable speedpoint units, or secure mobile cash transfers. Invoices and warranty certificates are issued digitally upon payment clearance. Outstanding fees draw interest.
For operations requiring in-wall cable chasing or structural bracket drills, the customer must disclose the locations of any embedded water pipes or power cables. While our technicians use digital detectors to scan surfaces before drilling or cutting, Elite Innovation Group holds no liability for damage arising from hidden conduit routing not disclosed by the customer.
